Bancography participated in the American Bankers Association Marketing Conference held in September in Scottsdale,
Arizona.
Both Kimberly Clay and Steven Reider taught at the conference.
In the Branch Development session, Steven presented the fundamentals of branch planning, including market
level network planning, evaluation of new branch opportunities, site selection and branch closure decisions.
In the Creative Marketing Research session, Kimberly presented how to design and execute research projects with
little or no budget and share case studies, samples and syndicated research.
Steven Reider taught a course in "Delivery
Channel Management" at the American Bankers Association's
Stonier Graduate School of Banking, June 12 - 19 in
Washington, D.C. Stonier is the only national graduate school
for bank executives.

Steven also discussed branching in recent issues of the

Kimberly Clay served on the Advisory Board for ABA's
2004 Marketing Conference that was held
on September 12 - 14th, 2004 in Scottsdale, Arizona
at Hyatt's Gainey Ranch. Her responsibilities included
planning the conference agenda, scheduling speakers,
and aiding with the coordination of events during
the conference.
